Features the classic front sight and "flat top" style rear sight. The serial number is 89952A denoting the year of manufacture as 1882. The engraving on top of the barrel is mostly clear: WINCHESTER'S REPEATING ARMS. NEW HAVEN, CT KING'S IMPROVEMENT PATENTED MARCH 29. 1866.
