The grapes from this wine come from a parcel called 'En Muzart', full of broken down limestone from the Bajocien stage of the Jurassic period. It was originally planted by Stphane's father Andr, and the 89 year old man is still farming it, like the boss he is. Vinified by traditional carbonic
